Purplemet Cloud 1.35.0 is now available! This new version features several updates and enhancements compared to the previous version, as described hereafter.
Web Applications – AI-Powered Login Detection
Purplemet now automatically detects login and authentication forms on your analyzed web applications. Powered by AI, the detection runs during the analysis with no additional configuration required on your side.
For example, the login page of cloud.purplemet.com exposes an authentication form:
Once analyzed, the detected authentication method is reported on the web application, under the Authentication Methods section:
The result is also surfaced through a new indicator in the Auth column, available across all Web Applications listing views: the Inventory, as well as the Domain, Certificate, Technology, IP Address, and Tag detail tabs. Hovering the indicator shows the detected authentication method.
