Updates and new features
Purplemet Cloud 1.31.0 is now available! This new version features several updates and enhancements compared to the previous version, as described hereafter.
Domains – DNS & Mail Hardening (SMTP) Improvements
Several fixes and enhancements have been made to SMTP / Mail Hardening mechanisms to improve the readability, consistency, and accuracy of the information displayed. The following changes have been implemented:
- SMTP Secure Transport - Display is now limited to MX servers only, to avoid any confusion with non-relevant hosts.
- DANE - Display of detected TLSA records, including their detailed content.
- TLS-RPT - Refocusing of the interface on TLS-RPT DNS records.
- MTA-STS
- Display of the MTA-STS policy URL and the full content of the mta-sts.txt file,
- Validation of the mode field - If the mode is not enforce, an explicit warning is displayed
IP Navigation – Standardization of Click Behavior
Navigation related to IP Addresses, Sensitive Services, and Open Ports has been fully standardized to remove any ambiguity and adopt a clearly IP-centric logic. On the UI side, a single, unified UI pattern is now used (link icon on hover), ensuring a consistent and predictable experience.
